I need tips, grumpygirl and I are going on a cruise to Alaska with our husbands. As chub 33 members we don't want to gain any weight while we are gone. How do you keep from packing on the pounds when on vacation? We plan on walking a lot around the ship, and watching what we eat. Thanks!
Most ships have a gym. Take full advantage of it. Swim a lot. Choose fish and veggies rather than steak and potatoes. Drink lots of water rather than sodas. Share desserts. Get up and be active. Go dancing, I'm always exhausted after a long night of dancing, it really burns calories!! Whenever you dock walk to sight see, rent bikes if available. Most of all have fun!! - Nicole

All cruises have a "spa" or lighter calories meal requests if you want. They're good too, but most complain that it's not the same as everyone elses food . Have lots of fun. Fill up on water! - Elaine
