PK, during the summer, when this started, and on weekends and certain weekdays, the park, Disneyland, closes at MIDNIGHT. As people leave the park, there is a place on MW that they can keep the good time going. Folks on their way home can tell of the good timed they had, of the good friends they met up with. Or they can plan for a trip back in the near future. MWers are on here right now discussing meeting up today. If that isn't the very definition of DL talk, I have not clue one. As for the others, they veered off on their own, and that is okay. If you don't enjoy the Midnight Hour, RP it, or block IAm Disney.
