Where is the best place to start at the parks with a 2 and 4 year old?
I agree with fantasy land, they can do pretty much everything there. Since they dont do fast passes for rides, maybe fast pass Roger Rabbit first or any other ride yo can all go on first so it will be ready when you are done with the fantasyland attractions. The proncess fairie is a good place to pay attention to when the ceremonies or story times are too. - madsdad

Toontown, depending on the time (when they first open usually) the lines might be shortest plus a lot of the characters might be hanging around there, photo opportunities. - Joogee

Fantasyland since the lines should be shorter early in the morning. I would suggest character dining too if your little ones want to see characters. I think the price is worth it for how many characters you'll be able to meet in under 2 hours. - Fanatic4Disney

We usually head for anything that is walk on or under 5 minutes. It usually steers us to Pirates and Haunted Mansion. Our kids get unruly if we start the day waiting in line. - sean1280
