The wonderful woman with the beautiful outfit with the blue hat is Alexandria. I saw her drinking at the bar alone, and noticed her elaborate outfit and we decided to invite her to our table and chat. We found out that her outfit was all SELF-MADE! She also showed us pictures of products of her hobby - Belle outfit that was a hit on Halloween at the Park and I think Jasmine too. She makes beautiful, elaborate outfits as a hobby.
