Happy Sunday all! Today in Disney history, Feb. 5th, 1953. Peter Pan, Disney's 14th animated film, (based on James M. Barrie's 1904 story) opens @ the Roxy Theatre in NY. This will be the last feature released through RKO. Walt will establish his own distribution company, Buena Vista Distribution, by the end of 1953.
