Question I hope someone may know the answer to... I always start my work out on the eliptical machines, and after maybe 15 minutes my left toes start to feel a little numb. Not that big a deal, just kinda annoying. I have a good pair of cross training shoes. I've focused on distributing my weight evenly too. Anyone know what may be causing this?

Do you stretch after warm up and after your work outs? - HotDiggityDogDaddy  1112.2 #74 3:44PM
I do. So weird it's only my left toes lol - Nicole  380.2 #356 4:03PM
That happens to my right foot. Make sure your shoes are not really tight and if your eliptical has the option to peddle backwards do that every 15 min for 5 min. That's been helping me. - CharLovey  179.6 #1872 6:05PM
Thanks, I will give that a try. - Nicole  380.2 #356 6:15PM
