What do you do to get yourself back on track if you have had a bad day(s) on your diet?
I always think about where I am and where I want to be. I have a few things coming up this summer where I need to get bikini ready. Just try to make healthy choices and most of all be active. If you get in a workout every day you will see results. - Nicole

I admit I had a bad day or two and then think it's just a small speed bump in the road to my goal. Life is full of potholes, steer carefully around them and you'll get to your destination. - HotDiggityDogDaddy
