We have stayed at HoJo. Friends recommended it a few years ago. They always stay there because if the rates. We tried it before our AP, and since getting our AP. Even if it wasn't the official hotel of MW, I would recommend it. The staff is great; friendly & curtious. Made checking in and out super easy. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms were clean. It is within walking distance or the ART stops as well. Restaurants on the way. I love the frittata from MiMi's cafe for breakfast. You do hear people talking when they are walking down the halls when coming and going. It is just the excitement in their voices and the kids or parents tend to be "LOUD" but we had the same at Disney property. Who can be angry when you hear pure joy in their voices? It quiets down quick at night because everyone is exhausted. The rates are AP, or MW affilliated. Just call the hotel direct. Don't deal with the corporate number. I haven't stayed at other good neighbor hotels so I can't vouch for them. When we travel, we stay at Hampton Inn, Residence Inn, Embassy Suites, or an occasional Coutyard if that is the only one available.
