**Updated** SO Tomorrow at 8:30am lets meet at 4250 BARRANCA PKWY
IRVINE , CA 92604. I will be just getting out of my Weight Watchers meetings but lets meet on the corner by the bank:) I say we push for 2-3 miles. I will personally be walking most of the time. This is my first work out since race. I am still a little sore. I hope to see some of you guys:)***** Alright my MW friends! Anyone up for a little Disney 1/2 Marathon Training.... how about a short 2 mile walk on Saturday Morning..... any takers? Never to early for a nice work out. Chubb friends and all..... Then you can go to the parks and party in style :)

well I am out in Irvine. Would prefer the morning hours. We have amazing bike trails everywhere:) that are perfect for running and off the street. I have my WW meeting at either 7:00-8:30-or 10:30 so anytime after that... Just have to stay for my meeting

Hi Boo! Congrats on last weekend. May I ask what you're mile/minute intervals were? They say you need to do 16 minutes. Wifey wants to do the Disneyland 1/2 in August. Don't know if I could make it. We walk all the time, but running freaks me out!!! - jacdanfan

Hey! I used c25k till week 6 I think which was a run 9 walk 3 but that was to much for me with long distance so I tried my best to get a nice 3:2 ratio but ended up honestly speed walking a lot of the last 6 miles. I really focused on
