I quit watching it after 3 seconds because I already here this enough. But its our job as CMs to answer these questions and provide the best guest service to everyone because that's why we're there and the guests appreciate it. - BaseballMickey_CM

I used to work in retail back in Canada (at Zellers for the Canucks here). I work the customer service desk and we would get the question "what time do you close?" at least 10xs a night.
