I feel like such a blob; my knee gave out on me during our walk yesterday and poor kitteeohana had to run back to get the car. Still hurting today so no walking at work and no elliptical tonight, and my mom took us out to dinner so I ate extra calories. Ugh. I'm going to be in a training class all day tomorrow, so no walking again but hopefully will be able to get on the elliptical at night.
Big hugs lady!!! Rest that knee up too.. maybe take a day off to rest. Even small things let them add up park that car further away from your training class ... the last spot int he lot and walk:).... If you knee is strong enough take those stairs. I hope you feel better and that knee is okay! - BooEve123

Hi honey! When i hurt my knee, I started going on the stationary bike. I have read that that is a good exercise when one's knee is acting up. Othher than that, please rest up :) - Madi

Rest a little. I know it sucks, but it's better not to hurt yourself. Trust me, I have a torn meniscus in one knee and a torn ligament in that ankle a well. - Squirtortue

Thanks for the support everyone, you are the best! I rested my knee yesterday, walked on my first break today at a slower pace, and kept the elliptical tonight between level 1 and 2... So far so good! I'm determined to listen to my body and not push it too hard but I'm equally determined to post a loss next week! - Duchess73

How's your knee? I know how you feel, only I pulled a muscle in my butt (I think my dog pulled me and I turned my leg without moving my foot)! I walk my dog every night (and on my feet all day at work) and it usually is okay, but then I step funny or something (mostly walking downhill I noticed) and it hurts so much... I end up limping back to my car! No clue how to work this one out! - msdizmaui
