Planned a trip in April! For mine n my boyfriends 1 year! So excited!! N then my work told "oh you might not be able to go!" n they has already said pretty much I could go! =( I'm so mad! I already booked my room! Ugh! N he hasnt been since he was 5! N he's 24 now! =/ bummed out big time!! =(( sorry, just venting...

I know that feeling. I work for a company where we are really affected by tax season and my bday is in April too. I almost had my vacation last year preempted. You could tell them that you already booked the hotel & whatnot... I did & it worked! - Pintraderswife

My husband asked for last Friday off so we could goto DL before the passes expire. He never calls in sick. His boss not only said no but scheduled him an extra day for the next three weeks. Gotta love the casinos! - vegasbrat
