I'm sure things like this happen in all hotels not just the HoJo. I can understand your frustration but the HoJo Staff are top notch. I'm sure they'll be able to help you. - toph

We were thinking someone from HoJo that's on MW would help speed up the fix so we could go back to the park instad of sitting here and yes this happens all the time at hotels but when you want to be in the park it a bummer. Thanks for the kind thoughts 😊 - SteamboatAndy

I'm sorry to hear that :( I hope everything turns out ok. Speaking as a supervisor, I know that if it has been brought to the attention of the staff, it will be handled immediately. We take those things very seriously. However it might be quicker to call the desk directly. I'm sorry! Same thing happened to us at a hotel but it was 2am! My service dog woke me up barking. The water was leaking from the room above ours through our bathroom fixture. We immediately got a new room but had to pack up and move all our things plus 2 sleeping kids in the middle of the night. Be thankful it wasn't tonight after a long day at the park. And all will be okay after you are back inside the happiest place on earth!!! - bugsmom1208
