For those Hayao Miyazaki fans, American Cinematheque kicks off its Castles in the Sky: Miyazaki, Takahata and the Master of Studio Ghibli series with a 20th anniversary screening of Porco Rosso at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood this Thursday, January 26 at 7:30 PM. For the next few weeks, the Egyptian will be screening several other related films, e.g., Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, My Neighbor Totoro, etc. Also, check out the Aero location in Santa Monica which will be screening more films, such as Kiki's Delivery Service. i saw that a few weeks ago, the one i would really want to watch in theatres is either kiki's or spirited away again. -

Anyone going tonight? I'm still thinking about it, but I'm still ill - coughing and congestion. Bah. -
