Question for stay at home mom's of orange county: I just got my first jury duty summons. I really can't provide service because I am the primary care taker for my 2 year old daughter and my boyfriend works full time. Any relatives that could watch her are a good two hour drive. What have you mom's done if you have been requested to serve? There is a box to check to request not to serve for this reason, just wondering if I will be approved. I really don't mind serving, I think it would be interesting, I just don't have means of day care for my daughter :)

Request a postponement and select as postpone date end of Dec. Usually works... You get excused during this time of year. - Dimo

Turn it over you will find info on how to request out, write a letter explaining what you did here they are usually pretty good if you are honest detailed and quick about sending it - Pixarprincess
