My son had a helpful idea tonight as we were eating dinner at the park. He said instead of making a turkey next Thanksgiving, I should just buy like 4 jumbo turkey legs. ;)

I actually considered doing a "deconstructed" turkey. You buy the turkey parts (breast, legs, etc) and roast them. Takes less time and less space in the oven. - bluefairy 627.1 #174 11:44PM
