Hoping some of you Southern Californians can help me out. I moved to Southern California but have yet to change my driver's license address. I have my lease that I could prove my address with. Can I buy a Southern California ticket for my sister? Her name isn't on the lease. Thank you!
That would probably be ok for your ticket but she's going to have to have something with her name on it that proves she's a SoCal resident. Did she change her registration with the DMV? That might work. They give you a print out if you do it online. - LaneSparrow316

I have an annual pass. We have yet to change any of our addresses on our Driver's License however. I can't think of anything she would have that has our new address unfortunately. - ilovemickey8

Yup, it's on the website and I just did it the other day for my out of town friends. Click "buy" on any so-cal ticket deal and it's there in the details. It has block out dates too just FYI. - tballzz 390.1 #346 12:00PM
If you buy it online the billing address is used for confirmation of locality. I bought my daughter's boyfriend a So Cal AP when he moved here from Hawaii. His listed address is mine. No additional proff was required. - Gia
