Lots of changes going on around the carthay circle.... the entrance to condor flats has been painted from its old rustic green to this new flat black.... also the carthay circle fountain has been going all day and is very beautiful with a old but new feel... more tarps have come down from the carthay circle theater and now windows are going In place. kinda neat to see this whole thing come together :]
