I'm trying to decide if I should try wearing wings while running the Tinker Bell Half Marathon. I want to, but I'm worried it will slow me down too much...what do you guys think?
I don't mind looking strange...I might try this tomorrow & see how many people stop & stare at me :-) - VikkiMouse

This will look odd, but why not try wearing them on your next run and see how they feel? - Mimmy

I think it'll be fine if you get the light weight wire ones - rbeezy

What about roller skates with rockets? Think how much energy you would have left to ride rides! - SuperCooper

That would take all the fun out of it. I like seeing if I've improved from my last race. - VikkiMouse 182.2 #1835 6:46PM
Gotcha! I've been watching to much tv!! - SuperCooper 818.1 #112 7:23PM

99% of the runners will be wearing them, no one will be looking at you strange. At the September marathon I couldn't out run the tinker bells because they were everywhere. - YTheRum

I'll be in the 1% that's not wearing them. Im slow enough already, don't need ANY more resistance working against me!! - Mimmy 1405.6 #57 6:51PM
Wear them on a long run...I tried and found the straps really started to rub...no wings for me😔 - Ladystrac
