Cool! I'll add your bro. - onezerohero 154.1 #2279 1:49PM
Nice! Your bro gots some nice shots, too. - onezerohero 154.1 #2279 1:52PM
a lot of our shots are in different angles cause we tend to go to the parks at the same time. i always tell him to move in another area so its different. - chris. 2507.8 #25 2:10PM
My pics are very amatuerish (and a lot are HDR lol), I'm practicing as much as I can - LBChica 1560.6 #52 6:01PM
Practice is all I do, and I've been shooting for years. Think about a sports photographer that goes to a basketball game - that person shoots several thousands of shots and only 2 or 3 make it to print. - onezerohero 154.1 #2279 6:39PM
No more? Ha. LBChica is the solo MW Flickr female surrounded by us MW Flickr dudes. The rest of the ladies probably have Instagram accounts instead. - onezerohero

I have a Flickr account...just not gonna share it lol - KissDclown 1088.4 #77 6:51PM
I've been going through some of everyone's photos...I find it interesting how many photos I see that look so much like ones I've taken in the past. Has anyone else noticed that they have a similar "eye" for certain shots as another photog on here? - BrattyMickey

Yup, being original in a shot is tough. I bed if you searched for Flickr for all Disneyland photos, you would find something similarities in all photos except for those that really talented photographers. I'm just a hobbyist :o/ - onezerohero 154.1 #2279 2:08AM
@onezerohero Just to continue the conversation and hopefully get some input from those who hopefully enjoy our photos. What is it that makes a photograph at Disneyland "unique"? I notice that when I post photos of guests interacting with characters that those seem to get the most comments or "likes" and other pics that I think are WAY better get no love. I know what makes a good photograph, technically, but what do you guys think makes a unique, GOOD photo? I don't mean just a different angle of something that's been photographed to death (the Castle, sunset shots of Paradise Pier, etc.) Do you guys like detail shots? Fish eye lenses? HDR (please, no color puking!) B - BrattyMickey 191.2 #1771 9:59PM
when i walk around i always try to find stuff that no one really posts. i like the morning time because you see all of the character's interacting with guests, and will probably get the most unique shots because the interactions are all different. it really depends on the time with the lounge, i've seen some amazing photos get nothing or passed just cause it was posted at the wrong time. i like the uniqueness with different lenses, hdr is nice but it has to be done right. - chris. 2507.8 #25 10:04PM
Rare events and magical memory shots seem to be the best shots. For.instance, its easy to reproduce pictures of.various characters and.places in.the parks, its.much harder to remake special scenes.such.as.rainy days, engagements, first visit reactions etc. Those moments IMO stand out much more and.cause a big "wow" factor. - shadowgamer 1960.6 #36 10:12PM
Bump for everyone who was at the photo meetup and everyone else who has or wants to see all of our photos. Added everyone on here so far. - shadowgamer
