There are 3 red section fast passes to World of Color for 8pm sitting on top of a trash can in DC. They're next to the Earbourne Popcorn cart and the Soaring Over California ride!

That was probably taken by someone else. Or thrown away by a CM. Sitting on top of a trash can is too easy - Starr 549.9 #209 5:53PM
