My husband and I and my kids have had passes for years but we have decided to go on NYE this year for the first time! Is it overly crowded normally??? What is it like and do they do anything special?? Thank you!

It's an amazing experience but extremely crowded. Be prepared for very long lines and get there early. They start turning passholders away at level three of their cutoff process. Get in front of the castle fairly early for the countdown. Last year we got to the castle at 10 pm and were on the side of center walk through. Still had a great view though. - AmberleHolly
