Hey fellow mouse-waiters!
Any of you been to d-land for new year's eve?!
If so...
1. Is it open to AP's (premium)
2. Is there an extra charge or special ticket you must pre-purchase
3. Any special events/ fireworks
4. share highlights/tips/disappointments
Please & thank you!
Disney love to you all! :)
As a holder of a premium pass....you should know there are no blackout days.... - KissDclown

Disney's Haloween Party is not a black out date but tickets are required....but thanks for the input - daniPLUSkevs 21.8 #4901 11:05PM
And it's also a special event AFTER the park closes - KissDclown 1088.1 #77 11:08PM
Yeah Kiss, you should be a lot nicer geez! - KelBelle 452.8 #271 11:12PM
It's explained to you when you buy the pass and all the info is online. So what's your point? - KissDclown 1088.1 #77 11:13PM
Kev there was nothing said that was mean so ur reply is unnecessary - Bambi. 595.1 #184 11:15PM
Point is you should be nicer to people who don't pay attention! Gosh Kiss is such a meanie! 😡😡 - KelBelle 452.8 #271 11:17PM
Oh! I get it. Be nicer to the people that keep me employed. Got it! - KissDclown 1088.1 #77 11:19PM
What Dani is asking is very valid and not a typical is it crowded on NYE question..I don't know why she is being ridiculed for it - Dave 8633.4 #2 11:21PM
Dani was just asking a question, there have been alot of AP event invite only parties lately. She may have wondered if NYE was one.
- Mrsblue 692.4 #144 11:21PM
No one ridiculed. Don't make assumptions - KissDclown 1088.1 #77 11:23PM
Dani's been around along time. I met her at Lacey's memorial. She was being serious this wasn't a lame I am too lazy to look it up noob question. - Mrsblue 692.4 #144 11:23PM
The thing is there no reason to come on here and ask some of these questions when clearly you can go to disney.com and get all your answers...As far as crowds would'nt you think people would want to celebrate there new years at the happiest place on earth? So with that in mind think of the thousands of families looking for a "family event"... And most of these families are on vacation.. - mralexv 306.5 #576 11:26PM
Kiss, why is it often your informative answers are misconstrued as mean? Lol. You should work on that tone 😂 - cesium55 529.7 #216 11:27PM
And my response wasn't mean in any way. So don't try to make it so. - KissDclown 1088.1 #77 11:28PM
Some people are just so rude! - Candace 1737.8 #44 11:28PM
Right cesium! 😂😂😂 - KissDclown 1088.1 #77 11:28PM
@mralexv why is it such a bad thing to ask questions on here? Even if the information is available online I think it's better to ask people personally so you can get more info than what you needed in the first place. You can't really ask the website everything you want to know. At least it wasn't a dumb question like "is it crowded on NYE." - Jaytasmic 373.3 #367 11:31PM
Thanks kevmeistah21, mrsblue and the fellow MW'ers who keep this a fun, family oriented and respectful forum. It wasn't a "REDICULOUS" question, it was a precaution I was taking before committing to celebrating a NYE at D-land. Thanks @kissDclown for taking what you thought was an "initiative" in adding input but I'll just wait for BaseballMickey_CM to update as well as others who have previously participated :) thanks - daniPLUSkevs 21.8 #4901 11:32PM
I haven't been in the lounge today. I don't know what going on. I just know and like Dani and know she was a long time contributing member to MW and she isn't around much anymore do of she was asking a question she was being serious. - Mrsblue 692.4 #144 11:33PM
I wasn't and didn't say you couldn't ask I was just saying most " typical questions" can be found on the site. I didn't realize it was posted under this reply .. Sorry if it came off mean wasn't my intentions - mralexv 306.5 #576 11:35PM
@mralexv...it's not worth it. People are just looking to make nothing into something and twist things. - KissDclown 1088.1 #77 11:39PM
@kevmeistah21: I love you Kevs - daniPLUSkevs 21.8 #4901 11:44PM
Read the post I posted today. I mentioned some places where theres going to be places to watch the countdown. Will be updating it tomorrow as more is announced. - BaseballMickey_CM

You should check your block out calendar. If its not blocked out there would not be an extra charge. You cann also check the passholder section of MW. - Minnis2Society
