Does anyone know how the Fast Pass distribution for World of Color's New Years Eve showing will work? I have never used the Fast Pass for World of Color, so I am totally clueless. Will they have to give fastpasses for the other 2 shows before the machine starts kicking out the ones for the 12:05 show?
