Going to DL on saturday for my two year olds birthday. I am so nervous because of the crowds. Help!

Not sure what you want Mousewait to do for you, however pack some patience with you on Saturday. - vincentchase  636.7 #167 9:18AM
You have a two year old so most likely the bigger thrilling attractions won't be high on your list. Get there early, get fast passes for roger rabbit, then get in line for Peter pan. Spend the morning in Fantasyland then get lunch. After lunch head to Toontown use the fast pass then hit all the character houses. Then hit small world. By this time you'll have made a wonderful day for your little one, been on a lot of attractions that are age appropriate and hopefully avoided some headache. Then head down for the parade and maybe then head over for Pooh and Mark Twain. You can have a fantastic day with little aggravation with a little prep work and a dose of patience. And use MW to see what has the shortest times to help you makes adjustments to your plan as you go. - Cinderellamomma  293.5 #651 9:27AM
Excellent, sage advice. That would work and would be a very nice day - MelodyMouse  941.5 #92 9:40AM
Good advice, that is exactly what I would do but maybe hit small world after Peter pan, the line has been longer with holiday overlay! - akpoppins  243.3 #1063 10:34AM
You may already have firm plans, but if not, just an idea, perhaps you could celebrate the bd on a later date so everyone can enjoy the park more. On Sat you will be fighting crowds and waiting in crazy long lines - MelodyMouse  941.5 #92 9:16AM
First off Welcome and hello.. 2nd if your worried about the crowds maybe it wouldn't be a great idea to go this particular sat... - mralexv  306.5 #576 9:18AM
Go early, utilize fast passes, pack all the patience you've got. - Pixarprincess  531.4 #214 9:19AM
It is best to get there at rope drop and head to Peter Pan first thing, then dumbo, Alice, storybook canal, mr toad, Pinocchio, Snow White, then tea cups. Then you can head up to toon town, get a fast pass for RR and meet characters. Remember toon town opens an hour after the park and being there at opening means smaller crowds then later on. As far as crowds go, be patient and remember kids love watching other kids. I also always make my boys wear backpack leashes, I'm scared of losing them in the crowd. I know a lot of people think it's awful, but would rather get dirty looks then lose my child. Most of all, have fun! - Disneycrazymom  99.5 #3032 10:26AM
