Question... I bought my Mom a D23 gift membership for Christmas. She can't figure out how to "activate" her membership online (and I can't do it for her from 1,100 miles away). I suggested she call them tomorrow.

There should be a letter behind the certificate, you have to email guest.service@disneystore.com(there will be a memo line that they will say what to put in there) and that's how it will activate the membership to get the biweekly newsletters - DisneyTrueLove 6.2 #8924 8:41PM

Hi, don't know about the watch but I'll check online in the am if you want and get back to you. We were members several years ago. Think you have to setup an online account with Disney. Then go to D23 section and establish an account with D23 membership number. This from memory. I can double check in morning. Maybe someone else from MW may have the answer too.
