Sorry, this is one of my pet peeves. There's no earthly reason this song ought to be associated with Christmas. There's not a single lyric that references it. The closest you can come is "packages tied up with string." which could just as easily be referring to a bar mitzvah. The musical it's taken from doesn't even have a Christmas scene!
