So anyone been to dland new years eve? Is it suicide?
Exactly what Melody said. It's crazy crowded and usually they stop selling tickets early in the day. I think it's because this is one of the holidays that almost everybody celebrates, and very few have family things that they have to go to, so going to DL is a practical plan. While it is crazy, it's worth it the minute you get your hat and blower *if they still do this* and hear the count down and see everyone celebrate when they say "1... HAPPY NEW YEAR!" lol - KylaShea

I was at Dland last NYE - shoulder to shoulder most everywhere. Couldn't go back to the hotel bcs there was a risk of not getting back in. They stopped selling tickets around 4. It was a blast even so. I recommend it if you can stand the crowd. Very fun - MelodyMouse

I actually worked a new years as a castmember one year and it was the most crowded I have ever seen it. Capacity for sure.I even had to break up a fight between two "guests" who were trying to get a spot for the fireworks - dangerdude

It's crowded but a lot of fun. It's like a big dance party just walking around. I recommend it if you have an AP. If you don't have an AP then I'd wait and save my $ for a less crowded day do you'll have a chance to get on more rides. - ceecee32
