Absolutely! I went on it when I was "ready to pop" pregnant. Fruitbythefoot is right, you definitely want to stay away from the "big" rides. Basically, anything a small child can go on (like too small for Matterhorn, which is the lowest height requirement) should be fine. - thisredheadistaken
