Hello all. i have been a MWer for a long time - i think i got MW when it first came out for the iphone, but im not 100% sure. my friend recommended it to me when we were both APers (summer 2009 to summer 2010). anyway. i never post anything because it always seems like there is just so much talk already going on in the lounge - why bother adding my two cents?. well, now i work for Disneyland :) and i've been wanting to ask all of you for a very long time: how many of you here actually stop for the research guys and give them a few minutes of your time? to anyone that does, i would just like to say thank you so much for helping us out, as well as making our job just a little bit easier :)
there is a simple way to answer people by saying "unfortunately I can only take the answers from the person I have approached . It is our rules" not just be rude and turn their backs to you and ignore you like you are nothing...we all deserve to be treated like people! - yellowtonka

I always do too but last month when we were there we got stopped and I was asked to go to the room but being 7 months prego and it was like 11pm I had to turn it down. I felt bad but I was so tired and needed to get back to our room and rest so I said no. I'm sorry. But I always have said yes and do the online ones I receive - brodysmommy

most people seem to hate us :/ i guess they think we are trying to sell them something. it would be nice if they at least listened to what we have to say, instead of shying away. to those who said they dont do the surveys, but are at least polite when declining, thank you for your courtesy - its so much better than trying to come up with "excuses" :) and to those who do our surveys, thank you! thank you! thank you! you have no idea how much we appreciate your time and feedback. - she

We have stopped many times but the last time was quite annoying to be honest with you. The guy stopped my other half and when the questions were being asked he looked at me and asked what our email address was and as I was saying what it was the guy told him that he had to tell him since he was the one he was interviewing...and it was very annoying that everything I had the information for that they wanted the other half had to repeat it or the guy wouldnt put it in his little machine. - yellowtonka

I have always in the past participated when asked, but I'm not selected often. I have also only received a few online surveys. Maybe we should wear a pin or button to be easier to spot if we do want to participate..lol - MWer_Lizzie

I don't mind stopping now and then. But it's sometimes hard when you go so much and they are ALL over even DTD now (is that a temp thing), there are SO many all over the resort! And as a guest, sometimes its annoying to get asked 10 times in one visit. But I do understand its your job, it's important to the company and no one knows if you have just been asked 3 times already. 😊 - Sweet_Irish_Cream

I do, I like giving my opinion about anything and everything. I liked it better when they stopped me and asked me questions outside, rather than taking me to that FREEZING cold little room. It was so uncomfortable in there but they never asked my opinion on the indoor climates. - mandigutterrose
