It was a category on Jeopardy a few days ago. The information was pretty neat. It's about the Disney family not the parks or movies. - mandigutterrose

That's not quite true. There's quite a bit about the making of landmark films like snow white and others that showcased new ideas or technology. It's not a Disney movie museum, but obviously everything besides the parks that Disney did revolved around animated films - JoshnSandy 42.8 #3912 8:31PM
Yes! I would say kids would get bored. An amazing man with an amazing life. We allowed 3 hours and it was not enough. 45 min before they closed they came around to give the warning and that there were 11 rooms we still had not seen. Plan more like 5 hours. We had to BLAZE thru the magnificent grand finale room with a diorama of DL. I coulda stared at that for an hour!! Take your time and enjoy!! Also next to the GoldenGate bridge with spectacular views!! - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint

I couldn't agree with you more - JoshnSandy 42.8 #3912 8:34PM
Definitely recommend, it's a very unique look at the man whose vision brought magic to countless lives. Allow yourself plenty of time to read through everything and play around with some of the hands on exhibit. Go in the morning and you can grab lunch in the little cafe inside or go down to the Warming Hut for coffee and sandwich and also an awesome photo op. If there's a star wars fan in your group be sure to take a moment to visit the Lucas Campus at the Presidio and take pictures with the bronze Yoda. - JediStitch

We went for the first time in July. Josh had already read the Disney biography and really enjoyed going there. I enjoyed learning so much about Walt, his beginning and career endeavors. Bring a tissue for your visit to the last room. If you're a Disney fan of any magnitude, you WILL enjoy it. Kids will not. It's like a Walt Disney bio museum. - JoshnSandy
