Off topic, but I have to share: I was in the McD drive thru w my sister in law on sat night and the car 2 cars up had 4 kids in the back seat (bad enough since only 3 seatbelts) then the passenger gets out of the car and a toddler crawls out from the floor between her legs(gasp again). She then opens the trunk and there are 2 more kids in there! I could not believe it, so I called 911! I know MW peeps are smarter than this, but please please please don't ever ever do this or let anyone else do this!

I soooooo hate that. Worst I saw was parents holding their 1 year old's head out of the sun rood while driving. They thought she would enjoy the wind. Ticket for that is $445 each count of child unseatbelted and both mom and dad can get that ticket if both in the car. - HotDiggityDogDaddy

U did the right thing by placing a call! As a foster parent, I'm a mandated reporter, so I have to call if I see anything like that. Hopefully they get those parents for every child they were endangering! I swear they should make people get a license before they can reproduce!
