I usually, text the individual through MW asking for their email address to finish the RAKing process. If she/he does not get back to you, go ahead and bump your post to make sure she/he saw it. You can also make a extra email account ( should you not feel comfy putting your real one out Live) specifically for RAKS and ask her/him to contact you through there via MW bumped Congrats post.
