Once again, not quite live. Playing in the snow.Can someone tell me if you have to be staying at the Grand to use that entrance to DCA?

You may exit DCA any time with no problem. There are times during peak crowds when if not a guest you cannot enter DCA from the hotel . But usually it is open. Just don't take it for granted. - splashphotoCM 880.9 #101 9:01PM
