Had four great days at the parks with my family. The parks were beautiful. My daughter lost her phone a couple of nights ago. Checked with lost and found a couple of times with no luck. As we rolled into the driveway after the 7 hour drive, lost and found called and said that they had the phone and would send it first thing tomorrow. When I asked if they needed a credit card number to mail it, they said that they pay for the postage. Fantastic customer service! They exceeded our expectations as Disney always does!
