Is he able to make quality decisions quickly with what info is at hand and would his peers agree that answer makes sense. If the person put you as a reference then you must know them well enough. Just answer the questions like this, would you feel comfortable with this person carrying a gun, saving a life...etc. That's what my friends did for me. - BigKidd 11.5 #6468 10:52AM
