My Grandpa & Grandma are the reason I love Disneyland soo much. It was my Grandpa's favorite place. His bday was Christmas Eve, so on his bday 2007, the whole family, Grandkids & Great Grandkids went with them to Disneyland to celebrate. He passed away unexpectedly in June 2008. He had known & been with my Grandma since they were 14, over 60 years!! My husband proposed to me on Christmas Eve 2008 at Disneyland, in front of the Castle, bc he knew how important my Grandpa was to me & how I loved going there with him. We havent missed going on Christmas Eve since then. Tonight my Grandma passed away & is back in my Grandpa's arms. I miss them sooo much!!! Disneyland holds soo many memories for me & my Grandparent's & I am so thankful for that. That is what Disneyland is all about!!!

Very sorry for your loss. Your picture made me smile though,because it reminds me of my grandparents and the times they used to take me to Disneyland. I lived with them as a youth and once a year we would fly down to Disneyland,and I'm talking about the 1960's here. Those memories are still so strong and one of the main reasons I love Disneyland so much all these years later. You most likely will have the same memories of Disneyland and your grandparents forever. I wouldn't trade these memories for anything,and neither will you. - CVDisneyland
