So how rich or famous do you have to be to get a plaid?
I still say a group of us get one and play it up...just because! :) - 415beachgirl

Rich enough to afford it famous enough that people stalk you π - Jackie211

My family had a plaid in August. Cathy was her name and she was awesome! The summer costs a bit more, and like Coaster said, to get front of the line privileges cost extra too. We got on every attraction with a fast pass and a couple without (IASW). She made priority seething for the fireworks for us and even got us on TLM dark ride. It was a once in a lifetime chance, and I'm so glad we did it. - CaliCanuck

Did you notice anyone trying to snap pictures of guys? xD - Jillian 765.4 #129 5:50PM
I was hoping for a rich or famous post, but no luck :( I posted a picture of myself and Cathy though! - CaliCanuck 511.7 #229 6:03PM
I had a plaid once. His name was Zooter and he was awesome! Knew a ton about the park.....but didn't really help with getting on rides quicker.π - YTheRum

I don't know if it's changed, but I was told by PlaidCM some moons ago that it was $300/hr minimum of 6 hours. So as long as you can afford that, then you can get a Plaid. - tina

Wow... I could only afford half an hour π - mralexv 306.5 #578 3:23PM
Wowza, thats a lot of π°! Are plaids meant to be tour guides to get you to the front of the line, body guards, or personal assistants for the day? - rbeezy 653.6 #160 3:25PM
I wouldn't even be able to afford half and hour π - Jackie211 472.2 #255 3:26PM
i could find much better things to spend money on at DL instead of a person walking me around... if i had crazy stalkers it might be worth it (if i had money to throw away) - vikkimus 198.2 #24 3:28PM
A mix of tour guide and body guard it seems. Each Plaid is also equipped with a Blackberry to contact rides before they start making their way there. I guess as precaution, but that may just be for the celebrities. - tina 1154.7 #70 3:32PM
Let's see, you get on the rides faster because you don't wait in lines. You then don't get too meet Dave, SueBayou, Booeve. You are through the park in no time so you can leave early, missing the parades, fireworks, Fantasmic, WoC. Now, obviously you can stick around and wait for those things, but overall atmosphere is different, IMO. - SorcererBHhaha

If someone wants to pay for the Plaid, I'd be willing to hang out. I'm generous that way. Lmbo. ππππππ - SueBayou 2012.0 #34 3:49PM
Actually the basic cost that tina mentioned does not include ride privileges. Costs more to cut lines. - Coaster 9139.5 #1 3:59PM
Didn't know that, thanks Coast. - tina 1154.7 #70 4:03PM
Thanx Coaster! (that man is just a wealth of information) Of course, Coaster has his own plaid, correct? :-) - SorcererBHhaha 408.5 #318 4:16PM
Thanks for info Coaster I thought it was all inclusive. - BooEve123 800.3 #115 4:18PM
