A question for CM's:do you guys have to actually clean the attractions??? I mean like on pirates do you guys take like a day out of the month and just clean the pirates and sets and dust everything???
Last time we stayed at the Grand a group of us went to the balcony facing DCA and at night there's was lots of workers with pressure washers cleaning the streets and attractions, they were also testing WOC, that was around 1:30 am - MrBlue

When guests leave a whole crew comes in and cleans. One group is assigned to sweep and power wash every square foot of the sidewalks and streets. For stores, there is a group that comes and vacuums and mops our floors and cleans our windows. Attractions wise, it depends which kind it is and how technical it is. - BaseballMickey_CM

My dad went behind the scenes for his work one time and I believe he said that they told him that they drain pirates every night because so many people drop hats,sunglasses, etc. in the water every day - SarahInWonderland

When we stayed at the grand there were lots of ppl still in the parks late at night and then early in the morning. Even saw ppl boating in the water. Maybe fixing things? - pinaycharms

I hope they wipe the cars on the attractions down to kill the yucky stuff that is on them from people sitting, sneezing, coughing, etc. - lisaw

I work 12:15am to 5:55 am we clean everything everyday attractions restrooms and kitchens we also power wash the whole park - Vet323tech

When I worked at Pirates we never cleaned anything. When I worked at Jungle we would wash the elephants in the bathing pool. They would get pretty gross. But I was too short to walk in the river with waders. So I never did it! Thank goodness! - Nyghtngale
