Well I just got a very big shock. My son told me that he doesn't want to go to DL for his b-day this year. One reason he says is because he has gone so many times. I kind of understand how he feels. This year we would be there 1 less day then we normally are. Plus, we weren't going to be staying on Disney property. I did notice he hadn't spoken about it in weeks. Usually I hear about his excitement everyday until we leave. I am kind of disappointed because there are things I wanted to buy and I can only get them there. I am going to wait a week before canceling the hotel reservation though. He likes to change his mind about things.
Put that kid in timeout or rush him to the emergency room right away is he ok?? Lol - princessVanessa

I think the amazement is big in children but the deep love and excitement grows as we get older. - MarshaMouse

LOL @ princessVanessa, I kept asking him if he was feeling ok all night. This morning he told me he feels like something "bad is going to happen." That he wants to go, but then at the sametime he feels he shouldn't. - Lelundrial

I did the same thing as a kid, told my mom I didn't wanna go one year for my birthday and we stopped going for several years altogether. I totally regretted it but my love for Disney is stronger than ever now - usgirl9

Well I canceled the reservation. Found out what was really going on. No matter how many times I tell him not to lie to me, he still thinks he can do it. I always find out. - Lelundrial

Is he 12? Cause we're dealing with the same exact thing the past 2 weeks. We always find out! - Darlingwendi 645.9 #168 11:32AM
