So we were at the store looking for bars to bring into the parks (but we're gluten free and grain free, when we can). I had heard about Lara Bars but not tried them. OMG!! Amazing. Not a lot of protein, but natural and so good!!
Also, a fellow Primal eater mentioned that they make bite sized Lara Bars and that she passed them out for Halloween!! I am all about that because there was WAAAAY too much left over this year after we got all of 0 trick or treaters!! - spartanwoman

They are delicious! I usually have one with a handful of almonds or greek yogurt because I like my protein :) - Spoonful_O_Sugar

Me too! The Coconut Lunas are my new fave! I always keep one in my purse to ward off the temptation to grab candy and other sweets, lol! - Spoonful_O_Sugar 436.0 #285 9:09AM
Just bought a box of Lara bars at Costco. 3 types 6 ea. So 18 bars for $15 and change. Cherry, Apple pie and peanut butter cookie. - sewgirl

Ooooh, never heard of these but will have to try them, as I need to carry snacks with me... I try to bring fruit but this would also be nice and easy... Thanks! - Duchess73
