One of my favorite pictures from my recent trip with my grandma. It was only her second time going and the last time she went was 1975! I love how you can see her name on her ears while she is just riding around in her scooter in a busy tomorrowland. I have so many great memories from this day and it will be one I remember forever! :-)
I swear my grandma is super woman. We stayed all day and rode almost every ride with us! She even went on space mountain with us! She is quite the strong old lady if I may say. I was really worried about taking her because of how tiny she is because she has lost a lot of weight recently but she did really good and lasted the whole day! - SarahInWonderland

How wonderful! Disney does something to us for sure. It is the only place in the world I can get that kind of stamina to keep going and going and going... - DisneyRose 240.9 #1125 9:11AM

Thanks guys! It was a pretty stressful day but I tried to put all that behind me so she could enjoy her special day! Another favorite memory I have is when we were getting dinner at the stage door cafe when fantasmic was going on. It was at the ending and she didn't know what to think of the giant dragon! She just was in awe and it was so cute! I hope we get a chance to take her back this summer! - SarahInWonderland

Aw, how special :) I lost my only surviving grandma when I was seven, and I always wanted the chance to go to DL with her. My husband's grammy is in her 80s and we just took her to DL this summer. She was quite the trooper: had her first corn dog, rode TSMM, enjoyed the Mark Twain and WoC, and watched us ride Screamin.' It was so fun for us to get to show her DL. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

Aww :) The last time I went to Disneyland with my grandma was when I was 6. It's really heartwarming when you're at Disneyland with someone as special as a grandparent ☺ - rbeezy

I love this photo and I'm sure your grandma had the time of her life. And I agree on the grandma's are strong. I remember my great grandma could squeeze my hand and arm so tight it hurt the whole day and she was 82. Thank you for sharing this picture. - maxinerenton
