I use severe congestion affrin! You can get it at cvs or walgreens. Get the no drip kind otherwise it goes down your throat and it's nasty!! - Littlecuppycake

Nasal spray!! When I first move to CA my sinuses went nuts and it was the only thing that would help. - Nyghtngale 547.8 #203 1:14AM
I usually take 2 Benadryl around bedtime and it works but I just feel all groggy and gross in the morning. I think I'm gonna try the nasal spray! 😁 Thanks everyone! 💗💗💗 - sarahpie

Oh yah, I was at DL with no voice and congested...I suffer pretty bad - MarshaMouse 2834.8 #15 1:37AM
If you do by a nasal spray decongestant don't use it for more than 3 days. Also nasal saline works really well and is definitely a must. For the above comment, the main ingredient in NyQuil is alcohol so you are just saving some money. 😉 - ilovemickey8

Best thing for me are sudafed, little red rounds. Have to get them at pharmacy but no script needed. Drink lots of water because they will dry you out but at least you will be able to breath and it will relieve any sinus pressure. - PopcornYeti

My $.02. Sinus rinse/nettipot followed by a proper clearing. A good quality anti histamine. Now this part is not recommended on the box. If the med you take is having little or no results, take another. This way works for me after years of trial and error. 😃 - Wizard

A few drops of oil of oregano in hot boiling water, turn off the fire and put ur face over the pot with a towel, inhale the steam... Also try a netipot - josueandsandie

It's like a roto rooter for your nose! They work awesome. I like them better than the nettipot because you can pressure it up a bit. 👍 - Wizard 81.6 #3254 6:18AM
Sudafed (the kind you have to get from behind the pharmacy's counter) or Mucinex. And a trip to a hot tub or steam room. (Also, draping a towel over your head and sitting over a bowl of boiling water is a decent substitute.) - Spoonful_O_Sugar
