an unusual photo of the light not lit. I asked why and the 3 cms didn't know. this was taken the end of September, I was just reviewing my pics and I had forgot about this
It has something to do with Walts Daughters or Family members wen they're at DL, not 100% sure - MrBlue

For some reason I remember someone telling me whenever one of his family members is in the park, the light is off. Don't quote me on that though. - lovejcruz
