N'awlins Vegetable Ragout @ Cafe Orleans - Vegetable Ragout with Eggplant, Red Onions, Bell Peppers, Squash, Zucchini, and fresh Garlic served with Corn Cakes topped with Grana Padano Cheese. $14.99 -- With Blackened Chicken $16.99 -- With Pan-seared Atlantic Salmon $18.99 I ordered the plain. It is basically tomato sauce over vegetables. I felt it needed noodles or more veggies. Maybe I should have ordered it with a protein but the flavors were delicious and it wasn't heavy but filling. The corn cakes were my favorite part! Yum!
