Yes it did have silver on the other side. I wanted to find white dots, but I didn't have time :( I thought of this idea on Wednesday and had to get the material to my sister...that's also why the skirt was a little too long. Good thing there is always next year! - dhBelle04 275.5 #792 9:57PM
I ended up going to another fabric store and found material with white dots. It was perfect actually. I didn't finish my skirt because I ended up not being able to get tickets. And like you said...there is always next year! - KissDclown 1088.4 #77 8:33AM
