Didn't have much time to workout this morning so I decided to just run really fast and I cut 2:15 off my mile!!! It's good...but now that I know I can run a 12 minute mile I'm not gonna settle for anything more. Hahaa
That's great! But don't be too disappointed if you don't keep up that pace for more than 2 miles. I found it very very hard to run fast for a long time, so I slowed down and felt much better physically. But I wish you luck on that 12 min pace! I'm already jealous! - TamiPoppins
