Chef Jose at Goofy's Kitchen was wonderful! He introduced himself to everyone at the table and came back with gluten free waffles for me, with a strawberry carved to look like a rose 🌹 Very good food and attentive cast members, we'll definitely go back 😊

Yes, when I made the reservation I told them I have a gluten allergy and they said they'd put that down. I actually forgot about it until our hostess brought the chef to our table to introduce everyone. He listed everything I could have and asked if I wanted waffles or pancakes.
