We've had quite a lot of fog lately! Sure makes the whole park much more magical.

Its between the castle and tomorrow land right by where pixie hallow is now. Used to be a little mermaid area and at one point in the early 90 had snow white stuff there - nathanchu 328.1 #483 5:13AM

This fountain is in Disneyland next to the entrance of Pixie Hollow across from Astro Orbitor. What you may be remembering is the colorful water fall that used to be at the Disney Hotel. But has been torn down :( - goofball 450.1 #274 5:43AM
