Need everyone's opinion. I am going to DL for halloween and I was going to do a locker RAK. I got some halloween themed lanterns and wanded to give them away and hopfully people would walk around with them on to easly notice the fellow MWers walking around. I was also going to give and extra prize (gift certificate or something) to who ever comes up to me and says Hi. My wife and I were blessed with another baby one the way and I just want to give as much as I can while I am there. Good or Bad Idea. Thanks. Let me know
